How much does it cost?
$1 for a file up to 60 minutes. $3 for a file longer than that, up to 10 hours. One-time payment per file; local sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies. No subscription, no credits.
Do I need an account?
No. You can upload, pay and download as a guest. If you want your transcripts in one place later, you can create an account with just your email (no password).
When do I pay?
After your file is uploaded and checked. You see its exact length and price first. Nothing is transcribed before you pay.
What do I get?
The complete transcript as a TXT file (with or without timestamps) and as an SRT subtitle file. If you choose a translation language, you also get the translated TXT and SRT.
Which files and links work?
Audio and video files up to 5 GB (MP3, M4A, WAV, OGG, FLAC, MP4, MOV, MKV, WEBM and more), and links from YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Vimeo, SoundCloud, Dailymotion and Loom, or a direct link to a media file. Private or members-only media cannot be reached.
Which languages?
82+ spoken languages, detected automatically. Mixed-language recordings are written in the language each part is spoken in.
How long does it take?
Long recordings are split into parts and transcribed in parallel. The page shows real progress, and you can leave: we email you the link when it is ready.
What if something goes wrong?
We retry automatically. If we cannot finish your file, you are refunded in full automatically.
What happens to my files?
Your audio or video is deleted as soon as the transcript is ready. The transcript is kept for 30 days at a private link, then deleted. Model providers we use do not train on your data.
