Why no account?
Most people need one transcript, not a monthly plan. Asking for an account before the first file is the step where most people give up, so we removed it. You pay for the file you upload and get a private link to your result. You can still create an account later if you want your history in one place.
What you get
The whole recording, word for word, in its original language: a clean text file, a text file with timestamps, and an SRT subtitle file. 82+ spoken languages, detected automatically. Optional translation into another language is included in the price.
How you pay
A one-time card payment through Stripe (Apple Pay and Google Pay where available; local payment methods such as UPI and Pix in supported countries). Stripe asks for an email for your receipt; that does not create an account with us.
Questions
Do I need to register?
No. You can upload, pay and download as a guest. Your transcript lives at a private link that only you have.
How do I get my transcript back if I close the tab?
We email the result link to the address you use at checkout, and you can also bookmark the page. Payment confirmation comes from Stripe directly, so closing the browser does not lose your order.
What if transcription fails?
We retry automatically. If we still cannot finish your file, you are refunded in full automatically.

Prices include everything we charge. Local sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies. Recordings longer than 10 hours are not supported yet.
