Built for speech

Podcasts, interviews, lectures, sermons and radio shows on SoundCloud transcribe well. Songs and lyrics are not what this is built for: music makes speech recognition unreliable.

Which links work?

Public tracks. Private tracks and tracks that only subscribers can play cannot be reached; upload the file instead if you have it. Playlists and sets are not supported: paste one track at a time.

A timestamped transcript makes it quick to write show notes, pull quotes and chapter times for an episode.
