Azerbaijani from Azerbaijan is written in the Latin alphabet with ə, ğ, ı, ö, ş, ü and ç. South Azerbaijani from Iran, written there in Arabic script, is harder and comes back in Latin letters if it is recognised. It is close to Turkish; choose Azerbaijani on short files.
Numbered subtitle blocks, each with a start time, an end time and the Azerbaijani text spoken in between. It is plain UTF-8 text, so you can open it in any text editor, correct a name or a word and upload it again. You also get the full transcript as TXT, with and without timestamps.
