Transcribe a meeting recording

OneDollarTranscript transcribes meeting recordings: upload the recording of a Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet call, or any meeting recorded on a phone, pay once ($1 up to 60 minutes, $3 up to 10 hours) and download the complete transcript. No bot joins your meetings, there is nothing to install and no per-seat subscription.

Where to find the recording

Zoom saves local recordings as MP4 and M4A files in a Zoom folder inside Documents, and cloud recordings can be downloaded from the Zoom web portal. Teams recordings are saved to OneDrive or SharePoint and Google Meet recordings to the organiser's Google Drive; download the MP4 and upload it here.

What the transcript is, and is not

You get every word with timestamps, as text and SRT. Speakers are not labelled and there is no automatic summary: this is a full record of what was said, not meeting notes.

Confidential meetings

The recording is deleted as soon as the transcript is ready, and the transcript after 30 days. The model providers we use do not train on your files. Make sure you have permission to record and transcribe the meeting.

Questions

Does a bot need to join my meeting?

No. You upload the recording after the meeting.

Does the transcript show who is speaking?

No. Speakers are not labelled. The text is split into paragraphs with timestamps, which you can use to find each part in the recording.

Can it handle a meeting in two languages?

Yes. Leave the language on auto-detect and each part is written in the language it was spoken in.

How much does a transcript cost?

$1 per file up to 60 minutes, or $3 per file up to 10 hours, paid once. The price comes from the real length of your file and is shown before you pay. No subscription, no credits, no minimums.
