About Luxembourgish recordings
Luxembourgish is written with ä, é and ë. Luxembourg speech switches often between Luxembourgish, French and German, and each part is written in its own language on auto-detect.
OneDollarTranscript transcribes Luxembourgish audio and video to text: upload a recording or paste a link, see its exact length and price, pay once ($1 up to 60 minutes, $3 up to 10 hours) and download the complete Luxembourgish transcript as TXT and SRT. You can add a translation into English or any other language at no extra cost. No account, no subscription.

Luxembourgish is written with ä, é and ë. Luxembourg speech switches often between Luxembourgish, French and German, and each part is written in its own language on auto-detect.
Automatic speech recognition has seen far less recorded Luxembourgish than English or Spanish, so expect more mistakes in names, place names and specialist terms, especially in noisy recordings. Clear speech close to the microphone gives the best result. If a paid file cannot be transcribed at all, you are refunded automatically.
Choose a translation language before paying and you get two versions: the original Luxembourgish transcript and a line-by-line translation, both as TXT and as SRT with the same timings. That makes it easy to check the translation against the original, or to publish subtitles in both languages.
On auto-detect each part is written in its own language.
Usable for clear speech, with more corrections than in English or Spanish. Speech models have heard far less Luxembourgish, so names, place names, numbers and specialist terms are where to look first. Background music, overlapping voices and phone-line audio make it harder still.
Yes. Pick English (or any of 141 other languages) as the translation language before paying. You get the original Luxembourgish transcript and the translation, both as TXT and SRT.
Leave the spoken language on auto-detect. Each part is written in the language it is spoken in, so French sentences stay in French instead of being forced into Luxembourgish.
It is supported, but less recorded Luxembourgish exists for training speech models, so the transcript usually needs more checking than an English one. The price is the same, and a file that fails entirely is refunded automatically.
