Manipuri (Meitei) is written in the Bengali script and, increasingly, in the Meitei Mayek script. The transcript usually comes back in Bengali script. Very little recorded Manipuri exists for speech models.
Your transcript comes back in Bengali–Assamese, the script Manipuri (Meitei) is normally written in, not as a romanised approximation. The SRT file is plain UTF-8 text, so the characters display correctly in YouTube Studio, VLC, Premiere Pro and other modern players and editors.
Automatic speech recognition has seen far less recorded Manipuri (Meitei) than English or Spanish, so expect more mistakes in names, place names and specialist terms, especially in noisy recordings. Clear speech close to the microphone gives the best result. If a paid file cannot be transcribed at all, you are refunded automatically.
Choose a translation language before paying and you get two versions: the original Manipuri (Meitei) transcript and a line-by-line translation, both as TXT and as SRT with the same timings. That makes it easy to check the translation against the original, or to publish subtitles in both languages.
Usually the Bengali script; Meitei Mayek output is not guaranteed.
Usable for clear speech, with more corrections than in English or Spanish. Speech models have heard far less Manipuri (Meitei), so names, place names, numbers and specialist terms are where to look first. Background music, overlapping voices and phone-line audio make it harder still.
Yes. Pick English (or any of 141 other languages) as the translation language before paying. You get the original Manipuri (Meitei) transcript and the translation, both as TXT and SRT.
Leave the spoken language on auto-detect. Each part is written in the language it is spoken in, so English sentences stay in English instead of being forced into Manipuri (Meitei).
Yes. The text is written in Bengali–Assamese, the way Manipuri (Meitei) is normally written, not transliterated into Latin letters.
It is supported, but less recorded Manipuri (Meitei) exists for training speech models, so the transcript usually needs more checking than an English one. The price is the same, and a file that fails entirely is refunded automatically.
