Kazakh is written in Kazakh Cyrillic, with letters such as ә, ғ, қ, ң, ө, ұ, ү and і. Kazakhstan is moving to a Latin alphabet, but Cyrillic is still the common written form. Kazakh speech often switches to Russian, which is kept in Russian on auto-detect.
Your transcript comes back in Cyrillic, the script Kazakh is normally written in, not as a romanised approximation. The SRT file is plain UTF-8 text, so the characters display correctly in YouTube Studio, VLC, Premiere Pro and other modern players and editors.
Choose a translation language before paying and you get two versions: the original Kazakh transcript and a line-by-line translation, both as TXT and as SRT with the same timings. That makes it easy to check the translation against the original, or to publish subtitles in both languages.
